Area Sales Supervisor (West Java Area)

Job Description :

• Input, review, and analyze the data.
• Grab insight from the data about market trends and sales insight.
• Strong in data mining and spreadsheet operation.
• Maintaining a good communication with distributors.
• Create effective strategy to achieve company’s target.
• Find new customers or potential business partner/clients.
• Execute sales action plans and liaise with marketing department for advertisements.
• Analyze and evaluate effectivity of existing Sales & Marketing program.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from any major.
• At least 3 years of experience as sales supervisor in consumer goods or nicotine industry.
• Having great analytical skill, organizational skill and problem solver.
• Having experience in handling several manpower or subordinates.
• Having experience in handling GT & MTI channel.
