We are an Indonesian-based tech-enabled consumer product startup with mission to aid adult smokers move away from combustible smoking and encourage people to shift to safer way of consuming nicotine.

If you have:
  • At least four years of business process, corporate strategy and/or analytics experience (in Operational Role, Supply chain, Finance, and/ or Marketing) in a consulting firm or within an big multinational company, We look forward to having you on the team!
  • Being part of founders’ office, you will be part of team that will influence and steer transformation of business processes across the organization;
  • As a transformation agent, you will be working closely with internal clients to track and drive business performance – starting from budgeting (OKR), target monitoring, conduct analyses and provide regular update/recommendations for BODs as well as insights to relevant stakeholders;
  • As future business leader, you will not only have the taste of developing recommendations, but also developing and executing initiatives to drive business performance;
  • Support Founder’s with various investor relations activities including creating/ amending/ reviewing investment reports and presentations, financial reports, legal documents, and due diligence materials.
Required skills and experience:
  • At least five years' of relevant work experience in MNC, big 4 and/ or management consulting with exposure to Operational Role, Supply chain, Finance, and/ or Marketing;
  • Degree (Bachelor) or master in engineering/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Finance/ Business or other quantitative disciplines;
  • Hands-on experience in modeling (Financial and Operational) and PowerPoint to showcase plan and reporting.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Strong communication skills, influencing skills and a high level of comfort in a variety of cultural and business settings;
  • Comfortable coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders under pressure, protective of sensitive information;
  • Genuinely passionate for Start-Up and high-growth environment.
