Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the creative direction of brand messaging, content, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of brand marketers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Corporate Branding: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, including influencers, media, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Enabler: Oversee digital and social media strategies, ensuring brand engagement and audience growth.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to refine brand strategies.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, campaign execution, and market positioning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Experience in budget management and performance-driven marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to track brand performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
